I've been struggling with medical problems for at least 10 years. No doctor has been able to "solve me". So I started to do it myself and I moved to California in Oct 2007 to see a Naturopathic Doctor. This blog is my cooking blog with gluten free, casein free, soy free, yeast free, low sugar recipes. Many of the (newer) recipes are low salicylate, amine, MSG/glutamates, sulfur/ites, and oxalates too.

How was this determined? What kind of testing did you have done?
Thanks,
Dan
p.s. I posted a comment in your december section as well... :)
I use lists that show the amounts of chemicals I am sensitive to in each food and pare down the lists to things that are "possibly" safe for me. Then I do trial and error testing.
